Terms and Conditions:
1. Competition closes on 31 March 2024 and is part of a wider competition. The winner must be a resident of the UK & Ireland aged 18 and over and will be contacted by email by 12 April 2024.
2. There is one prize consisting of an 8-day Arctic Expedition Cruise to Svalbard with PONANT onboard Le Boreal or Le Lyrial luxury vessel. 1 cabin for 2 people departing in June or July 2025.
3. The prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize for this Prize Promotion will be given to the winner as set out in these terms and conditions. The winner must accept the prize in that form. There is no cash alternative. No alternative cruise will be offered.
4. The prize provider and Promoter retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
5. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for any failure, liability or breach by any third party in connection with this Prize.
6. The prize is for travel in June or July 2025 and excludes peak travel periods. Prize excludes international flights and any pre/post-cruise accommodation.
