How Do Our Polar Expedition Holidays Work?

Every holiday and cruise we offer is individual to your client, we will find out what they want to see in the Polar Regions and the experience they are after in order to make sure they get as much as they can out of the experience and see as many of the places they want to see as possible. The nature of expedition cruising means that the itineraries are quite changeable, but by using our knowledge of the Polar Regions we can make the best recommendations for their need. We are a one-stop-shop for expedition cruising and we won’t shoehorn your client into a set itinerary or operator because it’s easier for us.

We offer a wide range of cruising option from more expedition orientated experience to vessels on a par with a 5* luxury hotel, since the only cruises we offer are expedition focused this means that our clients will always have the opportunity to get off the ship and explore the remote regions they are visiting, provided the weather and ice conditions allow.  Getting what your client wants doesn’t have to cost the Earth. After your initial quotation, your clients are free to make as many changes as they like until they are 100% happy.

Our quotes come in a beautifully presented document including a day-by-day itinerary and lots of pictures to inspire. Our initial quotes are normally turned around by the next working day and then your client can start to make changes and narrow it down to their perfect holiday. This is often a much quicker process than you might think and in our experience, it takes 2 - 3 rounds of changes to get things right. But we will happily change it as many times as necessary!
