In August 2026, join renowned wildlife photographer Jane Addey on a special Arctic voyage to Svalbard aboard the intimate 12-passenger M/S Stockholm. At this time of year the midnight sun bathes snow-free slopes and retreating ice, creating ideal conditions to spot and photograph polar bears, walruses, Arctic foxes, whales, and migratory birds. As autumn nears, golden light and striking sunsets enhance the dramatic landscapes.
Jane will lead inspiring onboard workshops focused on wildlife photography, offering guidance for all levels so you return home with both new skills and unforgettable images.

The ship is a marvellous piece of history loved by many travellers.
The M/S Stockholm was built in 1953 for the Swedish Maritime Administration, it is only in 1998 that she underwent a complete refurbishment. This will also mark the start of her career as a comfortable polar ship.
