Step aboard the National Geographic Resolution, a modern expedition ship designed for adventure and comfort in the world’s most remote places. With just 138 guests, it offers an intimate way to explore destinations like Antarctica, the Arctic, and beyond.
One of the ship’s standout features is its patented X-Bow® design. This unique shape ensures a smooth, quiet journey, even in rough seas. Inside, the ship has Scandinavian-style interiors that are both elegant and welcoming, with large windows throughout so you’re always connected to the incredible landscapes outside.
You’ll stay in one of 69 ocean-facing cabins, all designed with comfort in mind. Choose from solo cabins, standard rooms, or spacious suites with private balconies. Each comes with a sofa, large bathroom, USB ports, and a handy tablet for trip info.
Around Resolution vessel, you’ll find plenty of inviting spaces. Relax in the observation lounge, take a dip in the hot tubs, enjoy the sauna, or stretch in the glass-walled yoga studio. The main lounge has a full bar, 24-hour drinks station, and a theatre setup for films and expert talks. You can also visit the Expedition Base to gear up or stop by the Bridge to chat with the crew and spot wildlife. Dining is flexible and social. The main Restaurant 270° has wraparound views, while two other venues offer lighter fare or small group dinners. Meals are made with sustainable ingredients and there’s open seating.
With expert teams, high-end comfort, and top expedition gear, the National Geographic Resolution is built for those who want to explore the polar regions in style - up close and in depth.
