When Do You Want To Go?
We understand that it’s not the most certain time to travel right now. However, it is a great time to book your future travel plans.
Simply put, because demand is lower, there are some incredibly good prices around, many of which we know will never be repeated! In particular, we are seeing great deals for holidays travelling in 2021, 2022 and even 2023! Many of these great deals only require a low deposit to secure at this time.
Many of the operators that Polar Routes work with have introduced a number of flexible booking measures, so you can relax and book with the reassurance that if the circumstances change, you'll have options to change your plans.
Each operator has their own policy and we have listed a number of them below, however, when you place an enquiry with us, your Travel Specialist will advise you on the information specific to the cruises you are considering. Then you can make your decision based on what works for you.
In addition, on all new bookings made between the 13th March 2020 until the 31st October 2020, Polar Routes will waive their amendment and cancellations fees, so you can relax and book with confidence
For a limited time, cruises departing before 31 Dec 2020 can be cancelled and rebooked up to 14 days prior to departure and those departing between Jan 2021 and 30 June 2021 can be cancelled and rebooked up to 30 days prior to departure. Terms and conditions apply.
